Prompt Engineer / RAG Specialist (ESG & Financial Data)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Specialist to join our AI team. You will play a key role in designing, testing, and optimizing prompt architectures that power our ESG and financial research platform, ensuring high-quality, contextual, and evidence-backed outputs for institutional users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and iterate prompt workflows for ESG research, regulatory alignment (e.g., SFDR, CSRD), and financial data use cases
  • Develop and fine-tune RAG pipelines for real-time querying across structured and unstructured datasets
  • Collaborate with ESG domain experts and data engineers to improve relevance, grounding, and traceability of responses
  • Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, hallucination, and coverage against internal benchmarks
  • Support integration of prompts into production tools, APIs, and end-user platforms

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Cohere, etc.) and RAG systems
  • Proficiency in prompt design, vector databases, and search optimization (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)

Overview:
We are seeking a talented LLM Engineer to design, fine-tune, and deploy advanced language models powering ESG research, regulatory alignment, and financial data intelligence. You’ll work on a platform that transforms how banks, asset managers, and institutions consume ESG data using AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for ESG and finance-specific tasks such as summarization, classification, and Q&A
  • Design domain-aware NLP pipelines for parsing disclosures, regulations, and ESG news
  • Integrate LLMs with retrieval systems (e.g., RAG, vector DBs) to generate verifiable, source-grounded outputs

Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Strategic Sales Account Executive to lead enterprise sales and partnerships across the European financial services landscape. This role focuses on driving adoption of ESGSure, our AI-powered ESG research and data intelligence platform, among banks, asset managers, insurers, and ESG data users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing for key European accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across financial institutions, private equity, and rating agencies
  • Develop tailored sales strategies aligned with ESG regulations (SFDR, CSRD, EU Taxonomy) and digital transformation goals
  • Collaborate with solutions consultants, product, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact demos, pilots, and proposals
  • Negotiate commercial terms and navigate complex buying cycles across regulated entities

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in ESG, fintech, AI, or SaaS
